About Us

The Stratmoor Hills Neighborhood Association is a group of neighbors who've been socializing, protecting our properties and improving Stratmoor Park since 1967. We are not a homeowner association. We assess no dues and are strictly nonprofit. We abide by El Paso County Code Enforcement to keep our community clean and attractive.

All Stratmoor Hills residents are invited to attend SHNA functions and meetings.  Look for details on the "News and Events" page of this web site.  Signup for SHNA Emails & Alerts (see "Stay in Touch" box on this page) and receive the information electronically.

One wonders how we can exist without dues. We rely on donations from residents and others who admire the Association. We have expenses that your generous donations must cover, such as the dumpsters for Clean Up Day, paper, ink jets and postage for business correspondence, and meat and condiments for the Picnic in the Park (pictured below). We thank you for past and future donations.
