Welcome!

Stratmoor Hills is an unincorporated community in El Paso County. It includes 540 homes that were developed on a former dairy farm during the 1950s and 1960s and is located on the Southwest side of Colorado Springs near World Arena.

The elevation here is 5,948 feet. Situated on rolling hills, the mature landscape, well-maintained homes and panoramic view of the front range makes this a very desirable place to call home. It is not uncommon to see deer, coyotes, bears and other wildlife roaming the neighborhood. Stratmoor Park (pictured below) is in the center of the community and features a pavilion and play equipment. Our community is close to Fort Carson.

The Stratmoor Hills Neighborhood Association (SHNA) is not a homeowner association. We are nonprofit and have no dues. All residents are members and are encouraged to attend meetings and participate in our many activities. We have one fundraiser each year — the Supreme Spaghetti Supper — and otherwise we rely on donations from our residents.

We welcome volunteers to sit on the board, hold an office, help with a big project or help with watch items in the neighborhood.   Call any Board Member to volunteer (see Contacts). Thanks!
